Optional analytics

We load each service only when you consent to it; the lawful basis for this processing is consent.

Contacting Nextsys

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional company, area of interest and message. When you send it, our server stores the enquiry through eeCLOUD. We use these details to respond to your request and manage the resulting business correspondence, on the basis of our legitimate interests. Where you enquire about entering into a contract with us, processing may instead be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into that contract. Form contents are masked in our Clarity integration.

Email links open your email application. For questions about data handling, contact [email protected].

If you email us, we receive your email address, the name and contact details you provide, and your message. We use them to respond to enquiries and manage business correspondence, on the basis of our legitimate interests. When an enquiry concerns a contract with you, processing may also be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into that contract.

Google and Microsoft receive usage data when you enable their respective analytics services. Their privacy information is available in Google's Privacy Policy and Microsoft's Privacy Statement.

These providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States.
